Tap the "+" button to add a new subscription. Enter the service name (Netflix, Spotify, etc.), monthly/annual cost, billing cycle, and next payment date. You can also add logos, categories, and notes to organize your subscriptions better.
Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings for SubTrack. Check that you've set reminder preferences in the app settings - you can choose to be notified 1, 3, 7, or 14 days before renewals. Also verify that Do Not Disturb mode isn't blocking notifications.
The app automatically calculates your monthly and annual spending based on each subscription's billing cycle. Monthly subscriptions count toward your monthly total, while annual subscriptions are divided by 12 for monthly averages. You can view detailed breakdowns in the Analytics section.

When adding or editing a subscription, select a category (Entertainment, Productivity, Health, etc.) or create custom categories. You can then filter your subscription list by category and see spending breakdowns by type in the analytics section.
Go to Settings > Backup & Export to create a backup file of all your subscription data. You can save this to cloud storage or email it to yourself. This backup can be imported if you switch devices or reinstall the app.
View detailed spending analytics including monthly/annual totals, category breakdowns, most expensive subscriptions, and spending trends over time. You can also see which subscriptions you haven't used recently to identify potential savings.
Edit any subscription to update pricing, billing cycles, or renewal dates. For cancelled subscriptions, you can mark them as "Cancelled" to keep them in your history without affecting current spending calculations, or delete them entirely.
Absolutely! Add free trials with $0 cost and set reminders before they convert to paid plans. For promotional pricing, add the discounted rate and set a reminder when the promotion ends so you can update to regular pricing.
No! All subscription tracking, calculations, and reminders work completely offline. Your data is stored locally on your device. You only need internet for initial app updates and if you choose to sync with cloud backup services.
