📸 Why are my passport photos not the right size?
Our app automatically detects and crops to standard passport photo dimensions (2×2 inches, 35×45mm). Make sure you're taking the photo with good lighting and positioning your face clearly in the frame. The app works best when your full head and shoulders are visible.
🌟 Will government agencies accept my photos?
Our app creates photos that meet standard passport requirements for most countries, but we recommend checking your specific country's requirements before submission. Different countries may have slight variations in their photo standards.
🎨 Can I change the background color?
Yes! Our app supports multiple background options including white, light blue, and light gray. You can also remove backgrounds completely or replace them with solid colors to meet specific country requirements.
💾 Where are my edited photos saved?
All processed photos are saved directly to your device's photo gallery. You have complete control over your photos and can delete, share, or print them as needed. We never store copies on our servers.
🖨️ How do I print my passport photos?
After creating your passport photo, save it to your gallery and print it on photo paper. Most photo printing services (online or at stores) can print passport-sized photos. Make sure to select the correct paper size and print quality.
🔄 The app crashed and I lost my photos. What can I do?
Since all processing happens locally for maximum privacy, check your device's photo gallery - processed photos should still be there. If you were in the middle of editing, you may need to start over. We recommend saving photos immediately after processing.
🌞 Lighting: Use natural daylight or bright, even indoor lighting. Avoid harsh shadows on your face.
👤 Positioning: Look directly at the camera with a neutral expression. Keep your head straight and shoulders level.
👔 Clothing: Wear dark clothing to contrast with light backgrounds. Avoid patterns or logos.
👓 Glasses: If you wear glasses, make sure there's no glare and your eyes are clearly visible.
📏 Distance: Take the photo from about arm's length away for the best face-to-frame ratio.
